I.; Glukhykh, V.; Sabadosh, G.; Natarov, V.; Yarmysh, N.; Zakharkiv, S.; Kravchenko, T.; Mazaeva, V.Розроблено антиоксидантний комплекс для використання в оліях, жирах та продуктах харчування, що потребують збагачення біологічно активними речовинами рослинного походження. Досліджено раціональні умови одержан- ня водно-етанольних екстрактів із рослинної сировини: кори дубу, листя евкаліпту та листя зеленого чаю. Отримано антиоксидант, що здатен запобігати окисненню жировмісних продуктів, зберігаючи їх високу поживну цінність. Антиоксидантні речовини природного походження дозволять створювати збалансовані за складом продукти з підвищеним строком придатності із збереженням початкового природного складу та структури компонентів. Також розроблений антиоксидант є додатковим джерелом речовин, що допомагають організму боротися з вільними радикалами, що утворюються внаслідок фізичних та психічних навантажень. До складу антиоксидантів рослинного походжен- ня входять антиоксидантні вітаміни (токофероли та аскорбінова кислота), рослинні феноли та тиолові антиоксиданти (глутатіон, ліпоєва кислота), мікроелементи. Ці складові беруть участь у процесах гальмування окиснення. Також до таких антиоксидантів входять селен, цинк, фолати та інші речовини. Для планування експериментальних досліджень для кожного виду рослинної сировини стосовно антиоксидантної активності виділених речовин використано повний факторний експеримент першого порядку. Виявлено синергізм дії антиоксидантних речовин при одночасному використанні екстрактів з кори дубу, листя евкаліпта, листя зеленого чаю. Розроблений антиоксидант підвищує період індукції модельної речовини (олії соняшникової) у 2,7 рази, тоді як під час використання антиоксидантів окремо з кожного виду рослин найкращий показник збільшення періоду індукції склав 1,9. Отже, розроблений антиоксидант здатен сприяти збереженню якості і безпечності жировмісних продуктів харчування. Використання даного антиоксиданту може бути запропоновано для продуктів харчування людей, що потребують додаткового введення антиоксидантів та біологічно активних речовин до раціону харчування. A review of the literature and the necessary articles written on the subject: аs technologies and economies develop and become more complex, energy needs increase greatly; types and methods of alternative energy, as well as the possibility of calculating the basic set of main economic indicators are classified; identified possible areas of work in obtaining the necessary infor-mation and results. Energy is a fundamental input for economic systems. Current economic activity depends overwhelmingly on fossil fuels including oil, coal, and natural gas. These fuels are non-renewable. Renewable sources such as hydroelectric, wind, and solar power currently provide less than 10% of global energy. In just a few decide solar and wind power has developed from alternative energy sources to a new fast growing industrial branch. The history of industrial civilization is a history of energy transitions. In less developed, agrarian economies, people's basic need for food calories is provided through simple forms of agriculture, which is essentially a method of capturing solar energy for human use. Yu.The synergetic approach for eco-friendly efficient utilization of Polymer Solid Waste is presented. It is accounting for chemical processes in polymers during the use of the original product and at the stage of its waste recycling. The study of the polymer photoconductive degradation based on analysis of chemical reactions in the polymer film is presented. It is discussed how to predict the properties of the polymer after its use and to develop the efficient technique for its recycling. The recycling technique is demonstrated on examples of recycling polyethylene film by chemical foaming and injection moulding methods. The results of factorial experiments on the influence of different process parameters on process intensity and secondary product quality are presented. I.The advance of the exergy method is the universality associated with the usage of exergy allows for the estimation of stocks and flows of all types of energy included in the balance of any energy technology system using a common criterion of efficiency. For this reason exergy approach was used for systems investigation’s in different areas such as: traditional energy industry, renewable energy, refrigeration industry, chemical technology, food production and even in medicine. Review of last publication in all these areas showed that the application of the exergy analysis is very efficient due to the fact that the exergy approach allows thermodynamically objectively estimate all types of energy sources, regardless of the specific type of processes occurring in individual elements of the system as well as in the system as a whole. I.; Glukhykh, V.; Sabadosh, G.; Natarov, V.; Yarmysh, N.; Kravchenko, T.; Zakharkiv, S.Об’єктом дослідження є соняшникова, соняшникова високоолеїнова та ріпакова олії, які є важливими у виробництві продуктів харчування для людей з підвищеними фізичними навантаженнями. Такі продукти мають бути збалансовані за компонентним складом та збагачені біологічно активними речовинами, вітамінами, антиоксидантами. Олії та жири використовують як важливий компонент спортивного харчування. Розповсюдженою олією є соняшникова олія, яка забезпечує раціон лінолевою кислотою, а також ріпакова олія, яка збагачує продукти ліноленовою кислотою. Одним з найбільш проблемних місць використання олій є окиснювальне псування, оскільки це призводить до утворення небезпечних для здоров’я сполук. В ході дослідження використовувалися метод активного кисню та прилад Oxitest (Італія). Перший метод дозволяє безпосередньо оцінювати вміст продуктів окиснення в олії через значення пероксидного числа, другий метод дозволяє вимірювати витрату кисню під час процесів окиснення в олії. Проведено дослідження окиснювальної стабільності олії соняшникової методом активного кисню та методом окиснення з використанням приладу Oxitest за температури 110 °С. Встановлено, що періоди індукції, визначені двома методами, є близькими (2 год. 40 хв. та 2 год. 43 хв., відповідно). Встановлено закономірність зниження періоду індукції олії соняшникової під час підвищення температури методом окиснення на приладі Oxitest. Використано температури 90, 100 та 110 °С. Виконано порівняльне дослідження окиснювальної стабільності соняшникової, соняшникової високоолеїнової та ріпакової олій. На підставі одержаних даних наведено порівняльну характеристику стійкості дослідних олій до окиснення та надано рекомендації для їх використання у спортивному харчуванні. Одержані дані дозволять оцінювати вплив кожної з дослідних олій на строк придатності олієвмісного продукту.Документ Researching the process of hydrogen generating from water with the use of the silicon basis alloys(Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, 2019) Zipunnikov, M.; Bukhkalo, S. I.; Kotenko, A.There was researched the process of hydrogen generating from water with help of the ferrosilicon aluminium and ferrosilicon alloys with additives of the alkaline earth metals. There was studied the reaction of the considered alloys interaction under changing the NaOH solution concentration from 10% to 13,3% when the initial temperature range was from 90°С to 130°С. There was determined the necessary content of iron and calcium impurities to increase the gas evolution. Fixed the dependence of the induction period of triggered sunflower oil oxidation process on the content and value of plant antioxidants. Detected the synergy effect of an antioxidant produced from walnut leaves and calendula flowers and sunflower oil tocopherols. Discovered, that the degree of unsaturation of fatty acids are comprised in plant oils, does not affect the antioxidant activity of plant antioxidant complex.
