External and internal prerequisites for catching-up, leading and outstripping innovative development were determined and systematized. The two-step approach to assessing the sufficiency of prerequisites for the implementation of these directions was developed. It was proposed to assess external prerequisites according to the relative values of the indicators of the Global Innovation Index of the analyzed country, which take into account the highest and the lowest estimates of all countries Unlike existing approaches, the point-based score, rather than rating estimates of the indicators of countries are taken into account, which increases the assessment objectivity. The compliance of quantitative estimates with the levels of sufficiency of external prerequisites was determined using the Harrington Verbal-Numerical scale. It was proposed to assess internal prerequisites according to the author’s method of expert evaluations, which unlike existing ones, allows assessing the level of sufficiency of subsystems of the potential of innovative development of an enterprise. The two-step approach allows quantitative and comprehensive assessment of sufficiency of the prerequisites for the implementation of strategic directions of innovative development of industrial enterprises. It is possible to identify problems of prerequisites’ sufficiency, which allows their reasonable correction. The sufficiency of prerequisites for alternative directions of innovative development of machine-building enterprises was evaluated using the new approach and the best directions were chosen. The analysis time was reduced by 25–33 %, the accuracy of choice of directions and the effectiveness of their implementation strategies are increasing. The investigated problem is the lack of a sufficient level of systematic consideration of the task to use information communication systems and technologies in the marketing activities of enterprises. Availability of such a system would increase the company’s potential in creating mutual value for the seller and the client when implementing relationship marketing technologies. It is shown that the information and analytical support of the enterprise’s marketing activity can be presented as a tool of the enterprise’s activity, functioning as an element of the enterprise’s management system. Among the general criteria for choosing a CRM system, it is proposed to consider convenience and ease of use, flexibility of system settings for special business needs, price, simplicity. Such consideration of CRM systems and their capabilities provide economic effects that affect the profitability of the enterprise and prevent the impact of negative factors on the development of the company.The proposed procedure for choosing an adequate CRM system was verified on the example of a dental clinic, which made it possible to draw a conclusion about the feasibility of implementing a CRM system in the business under study. It is based on received estimates of short-term and long-term economic effects of the system’s application. Calculated data are provided for support, which showed that the productivity of the administrator’s work increased by 73.3 %, and the average duration of patient care by the doctor, taking into account the time of registration, decreased by 25 %. The motivational reasons for the digitalization of the university as a way of its response to technological transformations are outlined and systematized according to the areas of activity. The prerequisites and specifics of the accelerated digitization of Ukrainian universities in the conditions of quarantine restrictions of COVID-19 and war and post-war recovery are determined. An analysis of the practice of using digital technologies in the educational process of some departments of universities in the North-East of Ukraine, operating in the front-line zone, was carried out. The authors clarified the digital structure of the university and the scheme of interaction of its subsystems in the digital economy in the conditions of technological transformations. In particular, in terms of determining the characteristics of external and internal channels of information and knowledge, the interaction initiates innovative changes in the university's activities through digitalization. An approach to the analysis and substantiation of the expediency of the implementation of innovative development projects of the university has been developed depending on the level of its readiness for digitalization. The authors formed a system of indicators for its evaluation, by analogy with the Network Readiness Index, which characterizes various aspects of the university's digital readiness to implement innovative development projects. In particular: technological, human, and managerial aspects of digital readiness, as well as its expected effectiveness (usefulness). Methodic. The suggested methodic approach foresees integration: adaptive model of the detailed multifactorial operative analysis concerning innovative project efficiency, features priority of which is determined by relative dispersion formal method, allowing to estimate project efficiency probability; trinomial model of the costs formation at the innovative projects stages, observed in view of pessimistic, average and optimistic approaches. Scientific results. The practically oriented methodic of the innovative projects deep analysis is developed generally and at separate stages in its realization. It allows to estimate probability of their realization efficiency considering alternative actions development. The suggested methodic approach use gives ability to evaluate investment attractiveness of the innovative project introduced both by machine building and other economic branches enterprises, considering specific and structure of costs through expected financial result calculation. The calculated factors with its help allow to evaluate quantitively reasonability to introduce concrete innovative projects, to control innovative activity of the enterprises, particularly at the stage of decision making in their realization. And this in its turn, allows to decrease risk to make inadequate managerial decisions, to increase efficiency of the investment-innovative activity management. Practical importance. Approbation of the suggested methodic approach at the machine builder LLC "Turbomash" during analysis of the innovative project investment attractiveness confirms its practical importance and adequacy. The comparative and statistical analysis, method of generalization, system and structural analysis, structural and logical modeling, fundamentals of marketing and management, scientific findings devoted to the study of information support of decision-making were used to achieve the goals of the study. The sequence and content of formalized management procedures are determined, including the determination of perspective strategic directions of scientific and educational activity of the university in the conditions of technological transformations caused by the fourth industrial revolution; assessments of the proposed methodological approach to the level of the current state of subsystems and elements of intellectual capital from the standpoint of sufficiency to ensure the innovative development of the university in selected areas; decision-making on the management of intellectual capital of the university, including its subsystems and their elements, based on the results of the assessment of their sufficiency. The conceptual scheme of adaptive management of university intellectual capital in the conditions of technological transformations in the system of its innovative development is developed. The scientific results obtained in the article deepen the principles of innovative management of scientific and educational institutions in terms of forming an approach to adaptive integrated management of university intellectual capital, as one of the main prerequisites for their innovative development in the transformation of technological systems and the fourth industrial revolution. Considering the current trends in the changing conditions of economic and political space of Ukraine and abroad, which will only intensify fast and efficient reorientation to new markets is relevant for the domestic producers. The purpose of the study is to investigate the role and place of knowledge as an element of intellectual capital of organisations to ensure their competitiveness in light of trends in the global economy; to assess the current position and to outline the problems and perspectives of fast and efficient innovation growth in Ukraine based on knowledge. Results. The role of knowledge in providing competitive advantages of organisations has been outlined. The place of knowledge relevant to intellectual capital of organisations is specified. It has been determined that knowledge as an element of intellectual capital has a dual nature: it can be regarded both as an intellectual resource and as a possibility to implement existing intellectual capital of organisations. The influence of knowledge in the global economy is investigated. Ukraine’s position in the world rankings, which reflects the level of economic development based on intellectual capital and innovation, as well as the status of its competitiveness, has been studied. From the point of view of the logistic approach, the essence and content of the commercialization stage for various options of the innovation process, separated by the type of innovative business, the degree of radicalization of innovative activity, and the size of the industrial enterprise-innovator, have been clarified. The role of logistical support for the commercialization of innovations during the implementation of the specified options of the innovation process is revealed. The content of logistics support measures concerning procurement, production, and distribution logistics is detailed. The systematization (by environment of occurrence and factors of influence) of logistics risks of commercialization of innovative products of industrial enterprises has been carried out: risks of the macro environment (caused by the impact of its components), risks of external logistics systems (caused by the influence of their links), risks of the internal logistics system (caused by the impact of its elements), risks logistic support management systems (caused by incomplete certainty regarding the subject, conditions and consequences of management decisions). The nature of the manifestation, the degree of influence, and the possibilities of managing the selected risks are determined. A systematic approach to the quantitative assessment of logistics risks of commercialization of innovations of industrial enterprises, particularly those that have a more significant influence on the results of commercialization (risks of external and internal logistics systems), is proposed. The essence of risk management measures based on assessment results, in particular, aimed at reducing their level, is outlined. The impact of information computer technologies of the fourth industrial revolution on each component subsystems (including their elements) of the PID of the industrial enterprise from the standpoint of ensuring its sustainable innovative growth are determined and systematized by the nature of action (favorable or unfavorable). Approaches to purposeful management of PID component subsystems of the industrial enterprise have been developed in order to update their condition in relation to external conditions and ensure favorable internal prerequisites for innovative development in the digital economy. Their application makes it possible to reasonably align the internal possibilities of innovative development of the industrial enterprise (its PID) with the external ones in the conditions of the digital economy. The enlarged scheme has been developed that reflects the sequence and content of the formalized procedures for managing the PID of the industrial enterprise in the context of its transition to the path of innovative development in the conditions of the digital economy. It can be used as a methodological basis for the implementation of the developed approaches in the practice of innovative activity of industrial enterprises. The presented developments collectively form the approach to complex adaptive management according to formalized PID procedures of the industrial enterprise, including its component subsystems-potentials and their elements, in the context of ensuring the compliance of internal and external conditions of innovative growth of the enterprise in the digital economy. The developed approach, in contrast to the existing ones, provides the adaptive management of all components (as well as their elements) of PID in a complex, which increases the degree of coherence and validity of the management of innovative development at industrial enterprises in the digital economy.
