The synthesis of two degree of freedom robust two circuit system of active shielding of magnetic field with circular spacetime characteristic, generated by overhead power lines with "triangle" type of phase conductors arrangements for reducing the magnetic flux density to the sanitary standards level and to reducing the sensitivity of the system to plant parameters uncertainty. Methodology. The synthesis is based on the multi-criteria game decision, in which the payoff vector is calculated on the basis of the Maxwell equations quasi-stationary approximation solutions. The game decision is based on the stochastic particles multiswarm optimization algorithms. The initial parameters for the synthesis by system of active shielding are the location of the overhead power lines with respect to the shielding space, geometry and number of shielding coils, operating currents, as well as the size of the shielding space and magnetic flux density normative value, which should be achieved as a result of shielding. The objective of the synthesis is to determine their number, configuration, spatial arrangementand and shielding coils currents, setting algorithm of the control systems as well as the resulting of the magnetic flux density value at the shielding space. Results. Computer simulation and field experimental research results of two degree of freedom robust two circuit system of active shielding of magnetic field, generated by overhead power lines with «triangle» type of phase conductors arrangements are given. The possibility of initial magnetic flux density level reducing and system sensitivity reducing to the plant parameters uncertainty is shown. Originality. For the first time the synthesis, theoretical and experimental research of two degree of freedom robust two -circuit t system of active shielding of magnetic field generated by single-circuit overhead power line with phase conductors triangular arrangements carried out. Practical value. B.The issues of comparing the effectiveness of reducing the level of the magnetic field in a five-storey old buildings generated by a single-circuit overhead power transmission lines with a triangular suspension of wires using a thriple-loop and double-loop systems of active screening, which respectively contain three or two compensating windings are considered. Methodology. Spatial location coordinates of the compensating windings and the currents in the shielding windings were determined during the design of systems of active screening based on solution of the maximin vector optimization problem, in whith the vector of objective function is calculated based on Biot-Savart's law. The solution of this problem is calculated based on algorithms of multi-swarm multi-agent optimization. Results. The results of theoretical and experimental comparing the effectiveness of reducing the level of the magnetic field in a five-storey old generated by a single-circuit overhead power transmission lines with a triangular suspension of wires using a thriple-loop and double-loop systems of active screening, which respectively contain three or two compensating windings are presented. Originality. For the first time, the comparison the effectiveness of reducing the level of the magnetic field in a five-storey old using a thriple-loop and double-loop systems of active screening are considered. Practical value. From the point of view of the practical implementation it is shown the possibility to reduce the level of magnetic field induction in a five-storey old buildings to the sanitary standards of Ukraine for real overhead power transmission lines currents with the help of a synthesized double-loop systems of active screening. Improving of accuracy parameters and reducing of sensitivity to changes of plant parameters of nonlinear robust electromechanical servo systems of guidance and stabilization of lightlyarmored vehicle weapons based on multiobjective synthesis. Methodology. The method of multicriterion synthesis of nonlinear robust controllers for controlling by nonlinear multimass electromechanical servo systems with parametric uncertainty based on the choice of the target vector of robust control by solving the corresponding multicriterion nonlinear programming problem in which the calculation of the vectors of the objective function and constraints is algorithmic and associated with synthesis of nonlinear robust controllers and modeling of the synthesized system for various modes of operation of the system, with different input signals and for various values of the plant parameters. Synthesis of nonlinear robust controllers and non-linear robust observers reduces to solving the system of Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs equations. Results. The results of the synthesis of a nonlinear robust electromechanical servo system for the guidance and stabilization of lightly armored vehicle weapons are presented. Comparison of the dynamic characteristics of the synthesized servo electromechanical system showed that the use of synthesized nonlinear robust controllers allowed to improve the accuracy parameters and reduce the sensitivity of the system to changes of plant parameters in comparison with the existing system. Originality. For the first time carried out the multiobjective synthesis of nonlinear robust electromechanical servo systems of guidance and stabilization of lightly armored vehicle weapons. Practical value. Methodology. At the first level rough control of the magnetic field in open-loop form is carried out based on a quasi-static model of a magnetic field generated by power line wires and compensating windings of an active shielding system. This design calculated based on the finite element calculations system COMSOL Multiphysics. At the second level, a stabilizing accurate control of the magnetic field is implemented in the form of a dynamic closed system containing, in addition plant, also power amplifiers and measuring devices of the system. This design calculated based on the calculations system MATLAB. Results. The results of theoretical and experimental studies of optimal two-level active shielding system of magnetic field in residential building from power transmission line with a «Barrel» type arrangement of wires by means of active canceling with single compensating winding are presented. Originality. Methodology. The problem of multi objective synthesis of nonlinear robust control of multimass electromechanical systems is formulated and the possibility of satisfying various requirements for the operation of such systems in various modes based on the concept of functionally multiple membership of the state vector and the solution of the Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs equation is shown. A method for choosing weight matrices with the help the vector of purpose of nonlinear robust control is formed by solving a zero-sum vector antagonistic game has been substantiated and developed. Results. The results multi objective synthesis of nonlinear robust two-mass electromechanical servo systems in which differences requirements for the operation of such systems in various modes were satisfied are given. Based on the results of modeling and experimental studies it is established, that with the help of synthesized robust nonlinear controllers, it is possible to improve of quality indicators of two-mass electromechanical servo system in comparison with the system with standard regulators. The calculation of the components of payoff vector game are performed based on the simulation of the initial system closed by the synthesized stochastic controllers in various operating modes and under various external influences and variations in the parameters of the uncertainty of the initial plant. Components of Jacobi matrix and Hesse matrix calculated based on multi-swarm multi-agent optimization. Results. The synthesis is based on the solution of a multi-criteria stochastic game, in which the gain vector is calculated on the basis of the Maxwell equations solutions in the quasi-stationary approximation. The equilibrium state of the game is based on the stochastic multiagent optimization algorithms of the multiswarm particles. The initial parameters for the synthesis of active shielding system are the location of the high voltage power lines with respect to the protected from transmission line space, geometry and number of cables, operating currents, as well as the size of the protected space and normative value magnetic field induction, which should be achieved as a result of screening. The objective of the synthesis of the active shielding system is to determine their number, configuration, spatial arrangement, wiring diagrams and compensation cables currents, setting algorithm of the control systems as well as the resulting value of the induction magnetic field at the points of the protected space. Robust active shielding system synthesis results for reduction of a magnetic field generated by group of high voltage power lines is given. The possibility of a significant reduction in the level of induction of the magnetic field source within and reducing the sensitivity of the system to variations in the plant parameters is given. For the first time carried out the synthesis of the robust active shielding systems of magnetic field generated by group of high voltage power lines within a given region of space. Development of the method of designing a combined electromagnetic shield, consisting of active and passive parts, to improve the effectiveness of reduction of industrial frequency magnetic field created by two-circuit overhead power lines in residential buildings. Methodology. The problem of design of combined electromagnetic shield including robust system of active shielding and electromagnetic passive shield of initial magnetic field solved based on of the multi-criteria two-player antagonistic game. The game payoff vector calculated based on the finite element calculations system COMSOL Muliphysics. The game solution calculated based on the particles multiswarm optimization algorithms. During the design of combined electromagnetic shields spatial location coordinates of shielding winding, the currents and phases in the shielding winding of active shielding, geometric dimensions and thickness of the electromagnetic passive shield are calculated. Results. The results of theoretical and experimental studies of combined electromagnetic passive and active shielding of magnetic field in residential building from power transmission line with a "Barrel" type arrangement of wires presented. Originality. For the first time the method of designing a combined electromagnetic shield, consisting of active and passive parts, for more effective reduction of the magnetic field of industrial frequency created by two-circuit overhead power lines in residential buildings is developed. Practical value. Based on results of calculated and experimental study the shielding efficiency of the initial magnetic field determined that shielding factors whith only electromagnetic passive shield is more 2 units, whith only active shield is more 4 units and with combined electromagnetic passive and active shield is more 10 units. It is shown the possibility to reduce the level of magnetic field induction in residential building from power transmission line with a "Barrel" type arrangement of wires by means of a combined electromagnetic passive and active shielding with single compensating winding to 0.5 μT level safe for the population.
