Анотація
У даній статті розглянуті і проаналізовані ймовірнісні моделі вимірювальних перетворень та визначені умови багатомірної корекції зміщень в оцінках коефіцієнтів лінійної вирішувальної функції за рахунок планування багатомірного метрологічного експеримента при первинних вимірюваннях складових вхідного вектора вимірювальних величин в робочому режимі функціонування ІВС функціональної діагностики та доведено, що корекція ймовірностей помилок діагностики реалізується правильним вибором складових похибок.
In this article the considered and analysed probabilistic models of measuring transformations and certain terms of multidimensional correction of displacements are in the estimations of coefficients of linear determine function due to planning of multidimensional metrology experiment at the primary measuring of constituents of entrance vector of measuring sizes in the operating condition of functioning of ІMS of functional diagnostics and it is well-proven that the correction of probabilities of errors of diagnostics as the first so second family can be executed due to the correct choice of betweenness additive and multiplicative systematic error primary transducing to multidimensional functional diagnostics. In the article the built and analysed informative model of procedure of diagnostics, that takes into account the requirements of plan of diagnostic experiment and probabilistic properties of mathematical model of this procedure and realizable comparative analysis of indexes of efficiency of diagnostics and choice of indexes that characterize objectively.
