Abstract

Складність сучасного етапу розвитку міст України актуалізує проблеми ефективності управління цим процесом. Складність процесу комплексного управління соціальним розвитком міста зумовлена одночасністю управлінських впливів на місто з боку органів державної влади центрального і регіонального рівнів, а також органів місцевого самоврядування. Наслідком цього є об'єктивна потреба забезпечення комплексності та системності цих впливів як однієї з найважливіших умов забезпечення ефективності управління соціальним розвитком міста.The complexity of modern stage of development of Ukrainian cities actualizes the problem of efficient management of this process. The complexity of the process of comprehensive management of social development of the city due to the simultaneity of management actions on the city by public authorities of the Central and regional levels, as well as local authorities. The consequence of this objective is the need to ensure comprehensiveness and consistency of these effects as one of the most important conditions for ensuring the efficient management of social development of the city. Economic prosperity of a city is determined by the interaction not only of factors external and internal environment of the city, but the quality control of its socio-economic development. In managing the development of the city it is advisable to use strategic planning, marketing, etc. ultimately socio-economic development should be aimed at improving the welfare of the population, which is possible on the basis of sustainable economic development of the city by combining efforts of all subsystems.
