В данной статье проведено анализ функционирования предприятий масложировой промышленности Украины. Рассмотрено в разрезе предприятий масложирового комплекса производство нерафинированного подсолнечного масла. Приведен рейтинг предприятий по переработки семян подсолнечника, как основного сырья для масложировой промышленности. Выявлены основные факторы, повышающие конкурентоспособность продукции предприятий масложировой промышленности на отечественном и мировом рынках.This article analyzes the functioning of the enterprises of oil industry of Ukraine.
