Исследование плавности хода тракторов с пневморессорной и серийной подвесками при выполнении пахотных работ

Abstract

The analysis of the numeral data, got as a result of realization of comparative experimental researches of smoothness of motion of aggregate on the base of the wheeled tractor equipped by three types of the systems of suspension of front bridge, is conducted, namely by a serial spring suspension, air spring suspension with additional reservoirs without shock absorbers and air spring suspension with additional reservoirs with shock absorbers, at implementation of arable works with a plough. Dependences of change of root–mean–square accelerations of seat of driver, sex of booth, front bridge and back bridge are set in octave stripes, corresponding to geometric mean frequencies 1 Hz, 2 Hz, 4 Hz, 8 Hz and 16 Hz at motion on a low and second gear with the implementation of plowing. Dependences of change of the relative moving of frame and front bridge are similarly set in the octave stripes of frequencies at motion on a low and second gear.
