Системно-информационный подход к концепции самоорганизации технических систем

Abstract

Рассмотрены аспекты концепции самоорганизации технических систем с точки зрения системно-информационного подхода. Теория системно-информационного подхода (СИ-подхода) раскрывает закономерности свойств процесса самоорганизации с позиции нового понимания определения и формализации понятия информация. В статье показано, что концепция самоорганизации вытекает из принципа о внутренних источниках развития материи, которые позволяют показать доминирующую роль информационных связей параметров технической системы, находящихся в соответствии с внешними факторами воздействия, а СИ-подход объясняет информационные особенности процессов самоорганизации технических систем и является инструментом при их создании.In article aspects of the concept of self-organising of technical systems from the point of view of the system-information approach are considered. The theory of the system-information approach (SI-approach) opens laws of properties of process of self-organising from a position of new understanding of definition and formalisation of concept the information. In article it is shown that the self-organising concept follows from a principle about internal sources of development of a matter which allow to show a dominating role of information communications of parametres of the technical system which are according to external factors of influence, and the SI-approach explains information features of processes of self-organising of technical systems and is the tool at their creation.
