Abstract

Article is devoted to the concept of motivation and reveals its specificity in the context of innovation. Studied the materials of previous studies. Differences between motivation and stimulate innovation. Revealed the relationship between innovation and the dynamics of economic growth, as well as the positive and negative aspects of this process. Disclosure of the contents and structure of the mechanism of innovation highlighted the factors which form the motives of the company's employees.
