Правовой нигилизм в современной Украине

Abstract

In the article, that is logical continuation of the research begun in 2011, essence of legal nihilizm is examined as the negative public phenomenon, and also, along with the analysis of reasons of his height, an accent is done on the possible ways of overcoming of the indicated negative phenomenon. This is condition the aim of the real research is a search of new ways of overcoming of legal nihilism, especially in a youth environment. Primary purpose of legal education - to give necessary in life legal knowledge to the man, to teach him to respect and observe laws, other normatively-legal acts, id est to form the high enough level of legal culture, capable considerably to decrease the number of offences. Although, naturally, a great deal depends both on the correct choice of vector of future integration of country and from active position of personality.
