Анотація
Визначено соціально-філософську специфіку сутності поняття "тероризм" та співвідношення тероризму з іншими формами насильства. Обґрунтовано необхідність формування системи антитерористичної боротьби соціуму. Показано, що важливо побачити, знайти, визначити передумови і причини виникнення тероризму. Поява й відтворення тероризму обумовлено сукупністю об'єктивних і суб'єктивних обставин, причин і факторів, які проявляються в різних плоскостях у різних регіонах і країнах.
