Abstract

Creation of unified information system and unified system of data transmission should be assumed as a basis for constraction of control system in order to provide informational support for tasks on control of state and mode of networks and equipment. In any complex system there is always a resource constellation of collection, transfer, storage and processing of information, including the exchange between applications and submission of information to the end user. It’s all together that determines information space of the system, which is a set of tools and methods for collecting, processing, sharing, storage and presentation of information.
