Abstract

From positions of culture philosophy principles the systems analysis of the phenomenon of production culture is carried as important factor of successful activity of organization. The structure of production culture and its correlation with the system of corporate values is shown. The sources of production culture forming and its role in providing of social-psychological feel of personnel are considered.
