Abstract

The solution of plane problem conformably to the contact model of the outer barrel tooth of the bushing with symmetrically beveled relatively of the middle by the inner tooth of the gear coupling cage has been carried out. The expressions of maximum contact stresses and contact area width have been obtained. The contact problem of interaction of a cylinder with a wedge is solved. The width is found of contact area and maximum contact stresses. To reduce the maximum values of contact stresses in the structure straight sections are introduced in the middle of the sloping teeth of gear.
