Abstract

The results of developments of a new approach to recognition of worn-out and failed cutting tools are resulted. He is based on the use of a new method of recognition of classes of important part of tools surface state – its texture – on the complex of signs. Among the signs of testur tools surfaces s the markovskie fields are first used. Сomputer design of the intellectual system work confirmed perspective of application of this approach for recognition of different classes of worn-out and failed cutting tools surfaces textures.
