Abstract

Different options of the internal use of the heat of effluent combustion products for the working heat process plants (HTHP) have been compared. Basic factors that affect the efficiency and the affordability of the HTHP operation were determined. The methods of the computation of the influence of the preliminary preheated material and preheated combustion products on the productivity and specific fuel consumption were given on the basis of balance equations. The influence produced on these values by the heat regeneration coefficient and working chamber heat efficiency factor for specific HTHP operation conditions was shown (appropriate diagrams and design ratios are given). In conclusion the recommendations were given for the choice of the appropriate approach to the internal use of the heat of combustion products withdrawn from the working chamber from the standpoint of the structural peculiarities of HRHP and efficient operation under different operation conditions.
