Анотація
Одержана явна залежність, що визначає час досягнення рідиною сухої поверхні двошарового матеріалу, виходячи з властивостей окремих матеріалів. В якості основних параметрів вхідних матеріалів рекомендовані емпіричні величини, що визначаються з елементарних експериментів для окремих матеріалів. Кожний матеріал характеризується двома величинами - часом насичення рідиною матеріалу і часом, що відповідає максимуму швидкості поглинання рідини. Одержана залежність може використовуватися як для прогнозування властивостей двошарових матеріалів, так і для підбору характеристик окремих матеріалів для створення матеріалу з заданими властивостями.
In recent times use of multilayer composite materials have found -widespread, the use of which in many cases leads to qualitatively new properties. The task of creating such materials requires the creation of theoretical models, as experimentally test all the possible composition of materials is difficult, the differential equation for the depth of the passage of fluid were compiled and solved. A typical moment for bilayer materials is achieving the internal liquid surface. If we analyse the number of dependencies depths in the second fluid passage, we can conclude the proximity to the linear dependence of achieving dry layer on two parameters (time parameter of the second material and mutual option second time and the first material). Dependences on time parameter of first material having a form of a curve with a maximum, which is typical square parabola. To find the coefficients of the method of least squares were obtained. As a result of research obtained a clear dependence that defines achieving a dry surface two-layer liquid material from the properties of certain materials is obtained.
