Анотація
В наведеній статті розглянуто інноваційні напрямки на підприємствах олійно-жирової галузі. Проаналізовано проблеми розвитку олійно-жирової галузі в умовах ринкової системи господарювання в умовах глобалізації та економічної інтеграції. На основі аналізу інноваційної складової діяльності підприємств запропоновано комплекс інноваційних напрямків, які сприятимуть підвищенню конкурентоспроможності підприємств олійно-жирової галузі.
In the above article the innovative directions in enterprises oil and fat industry. A set of innovative directions that will improve the competitiveness of enterprises oil and fat industry. Thus, summarizing the above, it should be noted that intensification of innovation, given in particular the implementation of innovative enterprises in areas of oil and fat industry, will increase efficiency and ensure a high level of competitiveness of products in the domestic and international markets. In the future, further research is advisable to evaluating innovation in the enterprises oil and fat industry and offer calculation feasibility launch a series of innovative technologies. To ensure the competitiveness of enterprises oil and fat industry must guide innovation projects, above all, the creation of low-waste processing oilseeds technology that will help improve economic efficiency and increase the production of oil and fat products. An important innovative area of research in ensuring enterprise competitiveness oil and fat industry has become the technology of quality for customer satisfaction in full of balanced foods.
