Расчёт потока псевдоожиженной зерновой смеси на виброрешете

Abstract

The approached formulas for calculations of the average velocity of transportation and productivity of separation of a grain mix on a flat inclined sieve in a mode of its longitudinal fluctuations in the plane are deduced. The motion of a mix is described by the simplified equation laminar of current of a flat layer of a liquid, which dynamic viscosity depends on parameters of a vibrations sieve. The change thickness of a layer of a grain on a length sieve, caused by change of velocity of a flow and branch on the punched surface of a passing fraction from driven grain mass is determined.
