Моделирование путей повышения эффективности алмазно-абразивного инструмента

Abstract

In this paper described researches of process оf manufacture and grinding by diamond tools. Researched elements of system "work material - grain - metalphase - sheaf". The analysis was carried out by 3D modeling tensely-deformed conditions sintering and grinding area. By results of research it is established, that diamond grinding circles on different bands have initial deficiency as the diamond grains destroyed during sintering. The 3D-models of sintering of diamond tools were developed, taking into account the anisotropy of diamond properties and the shape of grains.
