Анотація
В статье рассматриваются особенности системы управления качеством и определены ее основные свойства. Предлагаются признаки классификации процессов. Предложена структура информационных взаимосвязей между процессами.
In the article examined the feature of control system by quality and certain it basic properties. The signs of classification of processes are offered. The structure of informative intercommunications is offered between processes.
