Анотація
Для управління проектом броварного виробництва використано метод мережевого планування та управління. Визначено склад робіт проекту, встановлено логічну послідовність робіт та подій, визначено тривалість виконання робіт. Проведено планування комплексу маркетингу броварного підприємства, побудовано мережеву модель робіт. Обчислено основні показники мережевої моделі (ранній термін початку, ранній термін закінчення, пізній термін закінчення, пізній термін початку, повний резерв часу, незалежний резерв) та коефіцієнт напруженості. Проведено оптимізацію мережевої моделі за рахунок резервних робіт.
After analyzing of the brewing production of the specific enterprise the model of its diversification was proposed. This model allows tracking the effectiveness of investment in operational marketing of the company. The method of network planning and management was used to manage the development and implementation of the project of brewing production. The composition of works of the project, the logical sequence of works and events, duration of works were defined. This was based on the analysis of existing business processes. The result of the analysis and definition is the network model of brewing production. The planning of the marketing complex of the brewing company was conducted. The network model of works was constructed. Main indexes of the network model (early start, early finish, late start, late finish, full reserve time, independent reserve) and coefficient of tension were proposed and calculated. The optimization of the network model was conducted by reserve works and reallocation of resources. The result of the optimized network model of production is marketing complex plans, the objectives tree and the model of marketing operations.
