Анотація
У статті висвітлені аналіз літературних джерел і патентної інформація й виробничого досвіду та шляхи вдосконалення конструкції та обґрунтування режимів роботи запропонованого висадкосаджального агрегату з контролем та реєстрацією параметрів для визначення кроку висадки маточників цукрового буряка, регульованим внесенням добрив і гранул збереження води. За результатми досліджень обґрунтовано вдосконалення конструкції висадкосаджальної установки, з урахуванням біологічних особливостей розвитку рослин та забезпеченням вимог енергоощадності та економічної доцільності впровадження у виробництво.
In the article it is revealed the analysis of literature and patent information and industrial experience that allowed suggest improvement of the planting unit construction. Device for supplying nutrients, growth stimulants and water storage granules was installed on the unit during researches. According to studies it was established relationship: planting step on the number of planting unit revolutions; planting density on the distance between the rear wheel compactors; soil compaction on the width of grooves; planting depth on the distance between the axles of planting 4-hedron and wheel compactors; vertical planting on the angle of the planting cone; traction resistance on the furrow-forming wheel on the width of grooves; traction resistance on the furrow-forming wheel on the depth of grooves; traction resistance on the planting step; torque on the planting step. It is proposed energy-saving technology of sugar beet growing for elite seeds using the method of economic evaluation of units for test level conducted according to GOST 4397. The article includes a comprehensive study to improve the design of sugar beet planting unit for elite seeds, taking into account the biological characteristics of plant development and ensuring energy efficiency requirements and economic feasibility of introducing into production.
