Анотація
Розглядається розвиток виробничого потенціалу підприємств автомобільного транспорту (ПАТ) в розрізі виробництва послуги ТО та Р транспортних засобів з конкретним рівнем якості. Для оцінки стану окремих складових ПАТ запропоновано виокремити та класифікувати ознаки виробничих процесів на ПАТ та обрати методи визначення якості окремих складових послуг як з внутрішнього середовища так і з зовнішнього. Результати досліджень можуть бути використані при прийнятті рішень стосовно подальшого розвитку виробничого потенціалу ПАТ.
We consider the development of the production potential of road transport services in the context of the production of maintenance and repair vehicles with a specific level of quality. To assess the state of the individual components of the road transport enterprises asked to identify and classify the characteristics of production processes in the company and choose the methods for determining the quality of the individual components of the services from both internal and external environment. It is necessary for those enterprises where production reached a relatively stable indicator of the stability of the results. But for the further development of the use of production methods to match the quality, that is, matching expectations, and the service received by the client becomes the most important. Since each company its specific situation, both in terms of level of productive capacity and a target client, and the development of them will be different. There is not a common algorithm for all rozvitku.Rezultaty research can be used in making decisions on the further development of productive capacities.
