Анотація
Розглядається проблема формування витрат, що дозволить підприємству збільшити прибутки та закріпити свої позиції на ринку. Проводиться аналіз необхідності удосконалення процесу управління витратами на підприємстві. Останнім часом увага практичних економістів займає проблема постановки систем управління витратами, вбудована в системи управління фінансами і систему менеджменту якості в цілому. Проте останім часом управління витратами в цілому як технологія не достатньо реалізована в практику, а наука не має широким спектром ефективних, комплексних інструментів управління.
