Анотація
В статті досліджено наукові позиції вчених щодо сутності персоналу підприємства, що дозволило здійснити їх систематизацію за певними функціональними ознаками, в результаті чого виділено відповідні змістові підходи. У результаті компаративного аналізу визначених підходів уточнено сутність поняття "персонал" підприємства та його економічний зміст. На основі аналізу класифікаційних ознак персоналу підприємства здійснено узагальнення його основних видів та зроблено відповідні висновки щодо функцій та ролі персоналу на підприємстві.
The article studies the scientific position of scientists regarding the essence of the personnel of the enterprise, that allowed to carry out their systematization of specific functional characteristics, resulting in allocation of appropriate substantive approaches. As a result of comparative analysis of specific approaches clarified the essence of the concept "staff" of the enterprise and its economic content. Based on the analysis of the classification criteria of the company's personnel carried out a synthesis of its main species and conclusions are made regarding the functions and role of personnel. The aim of the article is specification of essence of the notion "personnel of the company" and its major species. To achieve thi s goal the following tasks were considered: an analysis of scientific thought concerning the definition of the personnel of the enterprise, systematized the main approaches to the interpretation of the category "staff", summarizes the classification criteria types of personnel. The study used the met hods of analysis and synthesis, research synthesis, systematic and integrated approaches.
