Анотація
Пропонуються підходи до визначення систем управління витратами на підприємстві. Аналіз існуючих методів управління витратами, які б базувалися на економії та раціональному використання ресурсів, їх аналіз та ефективність використання, удосконалення системи управління витратами, виявлення резервів з метою підвищення ефективності фінансово – господарської діяльності підприємства. У результаті аналізу уточнено сутність поняття "управління персоналом" підприємства та його економічний зміст, розглянуті резерви зниження витрат з точки зору фахівців.
The approaches to the determination of cost management systems in enterprises. A study of the existing management costs, which would be based on saving and rational use of resources, analysis and efficiency, improving the system resources and reduce costs in order to increase the efficiency of financial and economic activity of the enterprise. We consider different systems of cost accounting: full cost method (Abzorp shen costing, CA), is the product costing with the division of production costs between the goods sold and the remains of product in stock, the method of direct costs (Direct costing DS), consisting in the calculation of production costs, in which all costs are divided into fixed and variable, and only replacement costs relate to the cost of production. In the domestic literature is widely used concept in accounting and calculation of the regulatory costs. Regulatory costing system more suited to the enterprise, whose activity consists of a series of identical or repeated. Therefore, it is appropriate to use in industrial firms where operations are often cyclical.
