Анотація
Запропоновано методичний підхід до управління інноваційним потенціалом підприємства, який може бути використаний на підприємствах з урахуванням специфіки діяльності і метою їх успішного функціонування. Зроблено висновки про необхідність розробленного підходу до управління інноваційним потенціалом на підприємствах, який дозволить приймати обґрунтовані рішення в сфері управління на стратегічному рівні, знизити ризик інноваційної діяльності в результаті впровадження комплексної оцінки інноваційного потенціалу, підвищити ефективність використання наявних ресурсів підприємства.
The methodical approach to the management of innovative potential of the enterprise, which can be used in enterprises with specific activities for their successful operation. Conclusions about the need to develop an innovative approach to managing potential enterprises, which will make informed decisions in the management at the strategic level, the lower the risk of innovation as a result of a comprehensive evaluation of innovative potential, improve the use of existing enterprise resources. Achieving target level of innovation capacity increases readiness for the implementation of enterprise innovation and impact on the level of the whole enterprise. It is management innovation potential is an essential aspect in the way of innovation development and competitiveness of enterprises. In order to improve innovation management system innovation potential should ensure a stable market position through balance between traditional products and the introduction of promising innovations, to create conditions for the most complete customer satisfaction in new products or services, provide interaction of internal and external elements of the management system innovative potential, watch out for rational and purposeful use of innovative resources.
