Анотація
Проведено оцінку потенціалу інноваційного розвитку (ПІР) 18 машинобудівних підприємств Харківського регіону. Запропоновано етапи оцінки ПІР та визначено систему часткових показників для її проведення. Інтегральну оцінку кожної складової ПІР, а саме – інноваційного, ринкового і виробничо-збутового потенціалів запропоновано проводити з використанням методу адитивної згортки, а комплексну оцінку ПІР – з використанням мультиплікативної згортки. Встановлено, що поточний стан ПІР підприємств істотно відрізняється. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання отриманих результатів оцінки ПІР як підґрунтя моніторингу ПІР та розробки ефективних інноваційних стратегій.
The assessment of the innovation potential was held for a number of machine-building enterprises of the Kharkiv region. The methodological basis for the assessment is the potential of innovation development (PID) which includes innovation potential, market potential and supply-side potential. The study suggested evaluation stages of PID and selected system of performance indicators. Integral assessment of each PID component is carried out by using the additive convolution, and a comprehensive assessment of the PID is carried by using the multiplicative convolution. The results of the evaluation and survey work for the 18 machinebuilding enterprises of the Kharkiv region were given. It was found that despite the overall negative state of the environment, the current state of PID companies is significantly different. It is assumed that this is connected primarily to the innovative company culture. Assessment of partial indicators, components and subsystems of potential of PID allows monitoring of PID, developing effective innovation management decisions on the choice of optimal management strategies of innovation potential development in accordance with overall economic strategy.
