Анотація
В статті доведено, що підвищення ефективності організації розрахункових операцій в господарській діяльності суб’єктів підприємництва можна досягти за допомогою застосування такого сучасного фінансового інструмента, як вексель. Досліджено теоретичні аспекти вексельних операцій. Визначено основні тенденції розвитку вексельного обігу в Україні. Проаналізовано переваги й недоліки вексельних розрахунків для їх учасників. Розглянуто підходи науковців до методики відображення вексельних операцій в обліку векселедавця та векселедержателя.
The article proved that the efficiency of the organization of payment transactions in business entities can be achieved through the use of modern financial instruments such as promissory note. The use of commercial bills can be considered as a means to delay payments, which maintains contractual relationships between entities. That bill could help in resolving insolvency, increasing the turnover of working capital, curb inflation. Theoretical aspects bill operations. The main trends of bill circulation in Ukraine. The advantages and disadvantages of bill payments for their members. The approaches to scientific methods of bill transactions reflected in the account of the drawer and drawer. Despite the existence of substantial depth research, some aspects of mentioned topics remain poorly understood. So questions remain unsolved systemic approach to organizational and methodological support accounting bill operations. Therefore requires further improvement of legal framework regulating bill operations and methods of bill circulation reflected in accounting. The study accounting and organizational aspects of operations with bills require further in-depth consideration.
