Abstract

Пропонується застосування методології проектного менеджменту до управління енергозберігаючими заходами, нові підходи щодо місця і ролі управління проектами в ієрархії керівництва компанією. За результатами такого нововведення можна підвищити конкурентоспроможність підприємств. Зроблено висновки про те, що управління проектами енергозбереження дозволяє отримати кращі результати при їх реалізації шляхом зменшення часу, ресурсів, зниження ризиків.Project management is widely used around the world as a tool to improve business performance.
