Анотація
The information about physical and chemical specificity of soil layer in oil and gas
production areas is presented. It is testified that by physical and chemical indicators the soil is unstable system easily displaced in this or that party under the influence of hydrocarbons migrating from depth. The possibility to use as oil and gas bearing capacity indicators of local
structures of iodide-ions, physical and chemical parameters Ph and Eh express definition in soil is shown.
