Анотація
The last time the interest in magnetoelectric materials, which has electric polarization in magnetic field has been increased. The represented method that consists of two electrochemical processes microarc oxidation and electrophoresis deposition is the most energysaving among the active dielectric multilayer coatings forming technologies.
