Анотація
В работе приведена информация о результатах модернизации автоматической озоновой установки, проведенной с целью реализации метода корректной дозировки озона в процедурах внутривенной инфузии озонированного физиологического раствора. Кроме того были составлены и проанализированы различные варианты математических моделей процесса насыщения озоном физиологического раствора при отпуске процедур по предложенному методу. Показано, что приемлемые результаты моделирования могут быть получены при использовании упрощенной модели, когда емкость для хранения запаса озоно-кислородной смеси рассматривается как звено запаздывания. Установлена взаимосвязь озонируемости физраствора с экономической составляющей эффективности процедуры.
The aim of the present work is to elaborate technical solutions which are necessary for the realization of the proper ozone dosage method at intravenous infusion procedures of ozonized physiological solution, and the analysis of the ozone saturation process of physiological solution at the procedures according to this method. This article represents the information about the results of the construction of the automated ozone setting modernization conducted with the aim of the new method realization. There is a description of the principle of its operating taking into account the improved mathematic software. The peculiarities of handheld module for the storage of the ozone-oxygen mixture supply which is also used for the stabilization of the ozone concentration in the ozonized physiological solution in the course of the procedure are stated. For the modeling of the ozone saturation process of the physiological solution according to the new method it was suggested two mathematic models. In the first case for the modeling of the ozonization process it was used the discrete model of the second order system on the basis of the recurrent expressions. In the second case the model of the process was simplified for account of the container of ozone-oxygen mixture storage was treated as a hysteresis element. Consequently the system of the second order was modified into the system with inertia link of the first order and the hysteresis element. The further analysis showed that with the usage of the simplified model, the obtained results are quite acceptable. Besides, it was stated the coherence between the ozonization of the physiological solution and the economical constituent of the procedure efficiency.
