Abstract:	Окреслено причини ототожнення бюджетування та процесу виконання плану (кошторису), наведено діючу методику аналізу показників виробництва та реалізації, виконання бюджету продаж. Запропоновано враховувати цілі бюджетування при здійснення аналізу бюджету продаж. The reasons of identifying the budgeting process and the implementation of plan or budget have been determined, actual techniques of production and sale analysis, analysis of sales budget implementation have been showed. In the article authors have proposed to take into account the aims of budgeting in the analysis of sales budget implementation.
