Анотація
The following signs of Ryappo's science and journalistic works are disc losed in the
article: political passion,scientific validity ,technocratic and pragmatic approach in pedagogical categories in terpretation . It is stated that the pedagogue was disclosing a matter of politics education and its organization,social education,professional education,political
education work,pedology,teaching staff training problems,school text book development
questions.
