Анотація
"Stability of water supply system" defines as concept. It’s shown, that taking root in practice and scientific dialogue a word-combination "steady development of water supply" is illogical and linguistic incorrect. For an estimation of stability it is offered to use systemforming parameter: the integrated "water’s QQP" (Quality– Quantity–Pressure) or conditional efficiency of intersystem safety of water supply
