The present article is devoted to the problem of polysemantic terms representation in power-machine building electronic dictionary. The intra-industry, inter-industry, inter-lingual polysemies are revealed. The principles considering all polysemic relationships between the terms are proposed for term list and entry compilation, lexicographic parameters selection are specified
