In the article the basic tendencies of functioning of the economic systems are analysed in the conditions of innovative development; the strategic aspect of innovative development of enterprise is examined; principles, tasks, basic directions of innovative development; intercommunication of technological policy with principles of innovative development and its influence on forming of competitiveness.
