Анотація
Корпоративна система управління проектами є необхідною частиною системи управління будь-якої компанії. Ключовою умовою її ефективної роботи є її здатність забезпечувати реалізацію проектів компанії. Для підтримки ефективної роботи системи необхідно її безперервно розвивати. Інструментом розвитку корпоративної системи управління проектами компанії є результати реалізації процесів управління проектом. Проводячи аналіз результатів процесів управління в рамках реалізації процесів завершення команда управління формує рекомендації до поліпшення
елементів корпоративної системи управління проектами.
Corporate Project Management System is an essential part of any company's management system. A key condition for its efficient operation is its ability to ensure the realization of the company's projects. In order to maintain efficient operation of the system it is necessary to continuously develop. Tool development company's corporate project management systems are the resul t of the project management processes. Through analysis of the results management process in the framework of the completion of the process management team generates recommendations to improve elements of the corporate project management system. Under the elements of corporate governance refers to the processes, templates, tools and methods used for project management in the company. The analysis makes it possible to adapt the corporate project management system of the company to the characteristics of the projects and the requirements of stakeholders. The analysis is carried out all the members of the project management team, each in its own direction. Involving the project management team in the process of analyzing the effectiveness of the corporate project manag ement system project office receives internal audit applicable tools and techniques of project management. The conclusions obtained on the basis of their analysis, make it possible to develop a comprehensive solution for the development of corporate project management system. On the basis of documents that are the result of the implementation of project management processes, project file is generated. Analysis archive project allows you to develop a comprehensive solution for the development of corporate project man agement system.
