Abstract

На етапі економічно нестійкого стану країни набуває особливої значущості здійснення регулюючих заходів, спрямованих на ліквідацію прихованого безробіття, проведення політики продуктивної зайнятості. Зусилля державної влади, і насамперед уряду, мають концентруватися на запровадженні дієвих стимулів створення нових робочих місць, забезпеченні гарантій зайнятості в процесі приватизації та реконструкції підприємств, на підтримці підприємництва і самозайнятості населення, розширенні практики громадських робіт, підвищенні гнучкості ринку праці.On the stage economically unstable state is of particular importance to the implementation of regulatory measures aimed at eliminating hidden unemployment, policies for productive employment. The efforts of state authorities, especially the government, needs to concentrate on putting in place effective incentives for the creation of new jobs, ensuring job security in the process of privatization and reconstruction of enterprises, supporting entrepreneurship and self-employment, expansion of public works, increasing the flexibility of the labour market. Currently, the situation of young people in the labour market is very unstable, young people find it difficult to find a job due to the nature of the socio-psychological characteristics, the lack of experience and required skills, the revaluation of its features and advantages, as well as other reasons. That is why the problem of youth unemployment is relevant in the modern world.
