Анотація
Досліджено особливості сучасної циклічності економічного розвитку. Встановлено, що циклічний розвиток є характерною рисою будь-якої економіки. З’ясовано, що у класичному циклі вихідною і ключовою фазою виступає економічна криза, яка є формою тимчасового вирішення проблем і протиріч ринкової економіки. Здійснено аналіз причин циклічності економічного розвитку. Доведено, що модифікація сучасної циклічності відбувається завдяки змінам у конфігурації циклу, що перешкоджає виконанню ринком відтворювальної та санаційної функцій.
Investigated the features of modern cyclicality of economic development. Has been determined that the cyclical development is a feature of any economy. It was found, that in the classical cycle, the initial and key phase serves the economic crisis, which is a form of temporary solutions to problems and contradictions in a market economy. Are analyzed the causes of cyclicality of economic development. Been proven that the nature of the modification of economic cycles is not limited to changes in the duration of ups and downs. Modification of modern cyclicality is due to changes in the cycle configuration that prevents the implementation of market recovery and readjustment functions. These processes are essentially distinguishes modern cycle from the classical cycle and the cycle of free competition. The main features of modern cyclicality, according to the author, are: an excess of the monopolization of the economy; deregulation; an extremely rapid pace of scientific and technological progress; globalization of production, which forms the world (total) the nature of cyclicality.
