Анотація
У статті розглянуто проблеми розвитку персоналу на підприємствах України, досліджено основні недоліки вітчизняної системи професійної освіти і підготовки кадрів, розглянуто основні проблеми, причини та шляхи вирішення пов'язані з розробкою і реалізацією програм навчання та розвитку персоналу, визначенні проблеми з навчання і розвитку персоналу на підприємствах Україні і їх рішення.
Staff development is the important condition of successful activity for any organization. It is especially true at the present stage, when the acceleration of scientific and technological progress leads to rapid changes and requirements for professional knowledge and skills. The complex multi-level system of training should be built in enterprises, which should be able to give for the company ability effectively to carry out preventive preparation of personnel in accordance with the needs of innovative development. An important direction of improving the process of personnel development in enterprises should be the formation of a new system of vocational training. The article considers problems of personnel development on the Ukrainian enterprises, the main shortcomings of the domestic system of personnel development are examined, identified the need to create in Ukraine conditions for the formation of highly qualified work force. The necessity of improvement in the field of human resources development in enterprises are substantiated, it is determined that exactly stuff development is the most weight factors of competitiveness. The basic directions of the staff development perfection are reflected with the aim of further increase of effective activity in enterprise. The necessity of improving the staff professional training are substantiated, problems and solutions of training and staff development in Ukrainian enterprises are identified, the stages which should be followed in the development and training of staff are defined.
