Синтез проектно-технологических решений по критериям прочностных и жесткостных характеристик машиностроительных конструкций

Abstract

Описан общий подход к синтезу проектно-технологических решений при проектировании и технологической подготовке производства изделий на машиностроительных производствах Украины. Основой принятия решений является критерий прочности и жесткости элементов этих изделий. На примере ряда машиностроительных конструкций проиллюстрированы этапы и результаты исследований.A general approach to the design and technological solutions synthesis in the design and technological preparation of products at machine-building plants in Ukraine is described. The basis for decision-making is the criterion of strength and rigidity of these products elements. Stages and results of studies are illustrated using the example of a number of machine-building designs. In particular, the stress-strain state of the elements of separation stamps, devices for welding, base plates for machine tools has been studied. Also, the deformed state of assemblies from a set of universal collection devices, adjustable vices and molds was investigated. The developed approaches, models, methods and means of research are applicable to a wide range of engineering structures.
