Анотація
Доведена доречність та розглянуті особливості використання компетентністного підходу для обґрунтування вибору стратегічних альтернатив розвитку великомасштабних економіко-виробничих систем. На основі поєднання концепції ключових компетентностей зі стандартами проектування архітектури складних соціально-економічних систем розвинуто теорію інтеграційної взаємодії промислових підприємств та удосконалено методичний базис забезпечення стійкості діяльності учасників такої взаємодії. Запропоновано підхід щодо досягнення взаємопов’язаності компетентностей, покладених в основу формування інтеграційного базису взаємодії підприємств.
The efficiency of each industrial enterprise determined not only by the characteristics of its internal environment. The level of interaction between the enterprise and surrounding systems should be taken into account. This explains the need and relevance of a detailed study of the economic systems sustainability issues. In view of this, the article focuses on solving the important scientific problem of ensuring the operation and development sustainability of different kinds of the enterprise associations. The features of the competent approach using for choosing the strategic alternatives for the large-scale economic and production systems development are considered. These features based on proving of the competent approach relevance for the integration phenomenon explanation. The theory of industrial enterprises integration interaction and the methodological basis for ensuring the sustainability of the interaction participants is developed by combining the concept of key competencies with the standards of architectural design of complex socio-economic systems. The approach to achieving competences interconnectivity is proposed. Such competences interconnectivity is offered as fundamentals for integration basis of interaction enterprises forming.
