Організація поліфункціонального контролю професійної підготовки компетентного фахівця у вищій школі

Abstract

У статті досліджуються основні підходи до організації системи поліфункціонального контролю професійної підготовки компетентного фахівця у вищій школі, такі як положення системного підходу і теорії систем, синергетичного та кваліметричного підходів, розглянуто їх взаємозв'язок і взаємозалежність. З'ясовано, що основними принципами системного підходу до організації поліфункціонального контролю професійної підготовки компетентного фахівця у вищій школі є: цілісність, структурність, взаємозалежність системи. Відповідно до синергетичного підходу, система поліфункціонального контролю професійної підготовки компетентного фахівця у вищій школі володіє такими характеристиками, як випадковість і самоорганізація, дана система реалізується завдяки адекватному формулюванню мети контролю та визначення параметрів порядку його організації, а також обліку нелінійного характеру розвитку особистості студента. Запропоновано три групи методів кваліметрії, які можливо застосовувати у системі поліфункціонального контролю професійної підготовки компетентного фахівця, а саме: евристичні, математичні та інструментальні.The article examines the main approaches to the organization of the system of the multifunctional control of professional training of a competent specialist in higher education, such as the provisions of the system approach and systems theory, synergetic approach, qualimetrical approach, it examines their interrelationship and interdependence, and also to determine their significance. It is found that the basic principles of the system approach to the organization of the multifunctional control of professional training of a competent specialist in the graduate school are: integrity, structure, interdependence of the system. Also according to the synergetic approach, system of the multifunctional control of professional training of a competent specialist in the graduate school has characteristics such as randomness and self-organization, this system is implemented through adequate formulation of the control objective and the determination of order parameters and taking into account the nonlinear character of development of the individual student. Offered three groups of methods of quality control that would be applied in the system of the multifunctional control of professional training of a competent specialist, heuristic, mathematical and instrumental.
