Abstract

В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические подходы административного менеджмента при подготовке элитного персонала. Теоретическим аспектом является наличие системного подхода с использованием дерева целей, а практическим примером реализации административного подхода является разработанная Гармонизированная схема регистрации персонала Европейской организации по качеству.In the article are described the theoretical and practical approaches of the administrative management for the formation of the elite personnel. The theoratical aspect includes the presence of the system approach, with the use of the tree of aims, and the practical example of the application of the administrative approach is the elaborated Harmonized scheme of the registration of the personnel of the European organization of quality.
