Анотація
В статье раскрыты сущностные аспекты технологии социально-психологической помощи студентам приемами и способами психолого-педагогических воздействий в направлении оптимизации их психофизиологического самочувствия, формирования креативного отношения к учебе, а также примерного поведения на пути профессионального становления.
Scientific, theoretical and practical aspects of an urgent and topical problem of social-and-psychologic aid as a system-forming, positive influence on both a student’s personality and a group’s psyche with primary goal of improving their psychophysiological and general state in complicated situations of training-and-education process are set forth in the article. A well-developed technology of social-and-psychologic aid is quite acceptable for being implemented by experienced university teachers acting as psychologists. That is why the article pays special attention to the role of an experienced pedagogue as psychologist in methodological and practical providing social-and-psychologic aid to students and student groups in sustaining their optimum psychophysiological state, a healthy social-and-psychological atmosphere in the university environment. Attention is stressed on: peculiarities of psychological aid as a complex methodological influencing psychophysiology of students’ personalities through special methods in order to improve their mental state and optimized self-attitude and that of others; taking into account social and psycho-emotional factors manifested in student environment; optimizing social and psychological functions characterizing the mental and physiological state of a student’s personality (cognitive, emotional, behavioral ones). The main goal of an experienced pedagogue as psychologist is: to purposefully and productively operate with certain social-and-psychological influences in situations of providing individual or group social-and-psychological aid to students in order to stabilize a healthy social-and-psychological atmosphere in student environment; to optimize their mental well-being and self-regulation of their emotion-and-volitional state.
