Abstract

В статье рассматриваются методологические, методические и практические вопросы формирования элементов управления персонала при инновационных изменениях в организации. Приведены основные угрозы успешной реализации организационных изменений. Освещается система развития управления персоналом. Рассмотрена программа долгосрочного образования управления персоналом.The elements of the staff management with the innovative changes in the organization. In the article are considered the methodological, methodical and practical questions of the elements formation of the staff management with the innovative changes in the organization. Are given the main threats of the succesful realisation of the organization changes. Is lightened the system of the developement staff management. Is considered the program of the long-term education of the staff management.
