Аналіз інвестиційно-інноваційної активності підприємств Харківського регіону

Abstract

Вступ. Інвестиційна та інноваційна діяльність здатна забезпечувати не тільки функціонування та зростання, а й розвиток суб’єктів господарювання, що відповідає «Стратегії України 2020» та прийнятій до впровадження інноваційно-інвестиційній моделі розвитку економіки. Управлінські рішення з підвищення темпів інвестиційно-інноваційної активності зазначені у програмному документі «Україна 2030. Доктрина збалансованого розвитку», такі рішення доцільно ухвалювати на основі своєчасного та достовірного оцінювання стану і результатів. Мета. Мета статті − виявити основні тенденції та особливості перебігу інвестиційної й інноваційної діяльності у зовнішньому та внутрішньому середовищі промислових підприємств. Метод (методологія). Інвестиційно-інноваційна діяльність промислових підприємств залежить від значної кількості чинників як внутрішнього, так і зовнішнього середовища. Чинники зовнішнього середовища є такими, що практично не залежать від підприємства і його вплив на них мінімальний. Чинники ж внутрішнього середовища прямо залежать саме від діяльності, організаційної структури підприємства тощо. В економічній літературі можна зустріти значну кількість класифікацій чинників, що впливають на інвестиційно-інноваційну діяльність підприємства. Здійснено аналіз джерел фінансування інновацій, питомої ваги фінансування капітальних інвестицій за рахунок власних коштів підприємства у загальній сумі джерел фінансування та за рахунок амортизаційних відрахувань підприємства; показники оновлення продукції. Визначено питому вагу інвестицій на інновації в загальному капіталі, у власному капіталі; питому вагу витрат на дослідження й розробки у загальному обсязі витрат на інновації, витрат на машини, устаткування й програмне забезпечення, пов'язане із впровадженням інновацій у загальному обсязі витрат на інновації; питому вагу власних та бюджетних інвестицій на технологічні інновації в загальному обсязі витрат на інновації; питому вагу інвестицій вітчизняних та іноземних інвесторів у загальному обсязі витрат на інновації. Результати. Виявлено основні тенденції та особливості перебігу інвестиційної й інноваційної діяльності у внутрішньому середовищі промислових підприємств. Отримані значення показників, що відображають особливості перебігу інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності підприємств, доводять, що загальною тенденцією інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності для всіх проаналізованих підприємств є недостатня увага до результатів інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності, що гальмує їх розвиток та конкурентні можливості. Проведено SWOT-аналіз інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств регіону на мікроекономічному рівні. Основними недоліками є застарілі основні фонди, недостатня визначеність підприємства щодо довгострокових орієнтирів і стратегій свого розвитку, дефіцит власних коштів, які потрібні для здійснення інноваційно- спрямованих інвестиційних проектів на підприємствах, низький рівень платоспроможності підприємств, недостатня компетентність фахівців для здійснення успішної інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності.Introduction. Investment and innovation activities can provide not only the functioning and growth, but also the development of business entities that are in line with the Strategy of Ukraine 2020 and adopted for implementation of the innovation and investment model of economic development. Management decisions as for the increase of the rate of investment and innovation activity are indicated in the program document "Ukraine 2030.doctrine of balanced development". It is advisable to make such decisions on the basis of a timely and reliable assessment of the state and results. Purpose. The article aims to identify the main trends and peculiarities of the course of investment and innovation activity in the external and internal environment of industrial enterprises. Method (methodology). The investment and innovation activity of industrial enterprises depends on a large number of factors, both internal and external. Factors of the external environment are such that practically do not depend on the enterprise and its influence on them is minimal. The factors of the internal environment directly depend on the activity, organizational structure of the enterprise, etc. In the economic literature you can find a significant number of classifications of factors that affect the investment and innovation activities of the enterprise. It has been carried out the analysis of sources of financing of innovations, the share of financing of capital investments at the expense of own funds of the enterprise in the total amount of sources of financing and at the expense of depreciation deductions of the enterprise; indicators of product updates. The specific weight of investments in innovation in total capital, in equity, has been determined; the share of research and development expenditures in the total amount of expenses for innovation, expenses for machinery, equipment and software, connected with the introduction of innovations in the total amount of expenses for innovation; the share of own and budgetary investments in technological innovations in the total amount of expenses for innovation; the share of investments of domestic and foreign investors in the total amount of expenses for innovation. Results. The main tendencies and features of the course of investment and innovation activity in the internal environment of industrial enterprises have been revealed. The obtained values of the indicators reflecting the peculiarities of the course of investment and innovation activity of enterprises have proven that the general tendency of investment and innovation activity for all analysed enterprises emphasizes the insufficient attention to the results of investment and innovation activities that impede their development and competitive opportunities. SWOT-analysis of investment and innovation activity of regional industrial enterprises at the microeconomic level has been conducted. The main disadvantages have been determined. They are the out-dated fixed assets, lack of certainty of the company regarding long-term benchmarks and strategies for its development, lack of own funds required for innovation-oriented investment projects at enterprises, low level of solvency of enterprises, lack of competence of specialists for successful investment and innovation activities.
